She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Elizabeth Howland (Spicklemeier) and Kenneth Howland; her daughter Rita Waterman; her siblings, Faye Howland, James G., William S., Edward L. and Ronnie Howland; her great grandchildren, Jessica Parison and Chase King; and her stepfather Oscar Helstrom.
She is survived by: her children, Francis Goodwin (Mike) of Sabetha, KS, James Parison, Jr. (Amber) of Holton, KS and Thomas Parison of Holton, KS; and her siblings, Ann L. Cain of Topeka, KS, Kenneth Howland (Diane) of Burlingame, KS and David Howland (Debbie) of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
