She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph P. Smith and Mary Josephine Smith (Brun); and her siblings, Ralph Charles Smith, Dwight W. Smith, William Joseph Smith and Jennifer Marie Wortham.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Perry; her children, Karrie Iles Brewer (Quentin) of Bonner Springs, KS and Terry A. Iles (Susan) of Topeka, KS; her siblings, Michelle Minor (Steve) of Bonner Springs, KS and Thomas Paul Smith of Topeka, KS; her grandchildren, Adam Carver, Elizabeth Cornett, Matt Iles, Nathan Iles and Sarah Iles; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln James Carver, Eleanor June Cornett and Noah Houston Carver.
