She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gerhart and Jane Gerhart (Darby); and her siblings, Greg Gerhart, Kathleen Russell and Mary Alice Roth.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Hoffman (Julie), Agnes Murray, Thomas Hoffman (Amber), Mary Gilham (late Eric), John Hoffman (Kristina) and Michael Hoffman (Celeste); and her sisters, Elizabeth Smith, Jeanie Roth and Joan Magnuson. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
