He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Carr of Rossville; his sons, Brandon Carr (Krystal) of Topeka and Harlan Carr (Veronica) of Austin, Texas; his parents, Darrel Carr (Janice) of Rossville and Diane Keesling of Pottsboro, Texas; and his sister Devi McHugh (Kevin) of Pottsboro, Texas. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
