She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lloyd William, Marvalee Nell Anthis, Merlin Richard Smith Sr. and Evelyn Levada Ruhl Smith; and her mother Merleta Martha Anthis.

She is survived by: her husband Derrick Grantz; her children, Jacob Moore, Aaron Moore, Jolene Moore and Joshua Moore; her stepdaughter Kiley Grantz; her father Timothy Anthis; and her siblings, Jeremy Anthis (Shannon), Acacia Anthis, Benjamin Anthis (Ashley) and Lindsay Drake (Nicklaus). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that a donation in her name be made to the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance, or the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance Endowment Fund.
