He was predeceased by: his parents, B. R. Galligher and Helen Galligher (Moon); his wife Gayle; and his siblings, Teddy, Patsy, Nancy, Betty and Barbara.
He is survived by: his children, Karla Galligher, Jana Green, Robert "Bobby" Galligher, Jr. and Roberta Skaggs; his grandchildren, Brandon Buck, Bradley Buck, David Skaggs, Briar Williams, Danica Zimmerman, Wyatt Williams and Daniel Skaggs; his great grandchildren, Easton, Destiny, Kellen, Delilah, Kyrie, Braelynn, Brenleigh, Laykyn, David Paul Skaggs III, Kynna, Jordan and Henry; and his siblings, Scott, Debbie, Donna, Wanda and Linda. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wichita Intertribal Warrior Society, in honor of Bob's passion and commitment to his heritage and community.
