She was predeceased by: her husband David; her daughter Melinda; and her parents, Melvin Sullivan and Doris Sullivan. She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Jackie), James (Cheryl) and Curtis (Beverly); her grandchildren, David Burnham (Hannah) and Kylie Burnham; her sons, Shelby Hartman (Stephen), Zach Burnham, Lexi Burnham and Trenton Burnham; her sisters, Kay Wulf, Mary Lou Pickett and Sandy Rollins; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Bailey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
