He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Mary (Heckendorn). He is survived by: his wife Susan Parks (Seyb); his daughter Tiffany Keyser (Larry); his grandchildren, Haley Johnson and Nate Johnson (Mary); his great grandchild Gracelynn Denice; his brother Dean Parks; and his brothers-in-law, Steven Seyb (Cynthia), Spencer Seyb (Jeanne) and Stacy Seyb (Jane). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
