He was predeceased by: his mother LaVon Graddie; and his brother Ronald Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Daylene Kiser; his son Michael Kiser; his stepsons, Dean Miller (Nicole), Mike Miller (Shelly), Steve Miller (Leslie) and Larry Miller (Shelly); and his siblings, Daniel Kiser, Leonard Kiser and Patsy Davidson (Mike). He is also survived by 23 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great, Great Grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Rivercross Hospice 800 N Main Ste. 200.
