He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Eugene and Mary Ruth Dressler Holladay; and his sisters, Delores Guy, Ella Souders, Bertha Daniels and Eugenia Mullens.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Ann 'Dee' Warmker; his children, Stacy R. Smith (Michelle), Rolla, Kan, Rusty Holladay, Paul Holladay, Lawrence, Darran Smith (Nicole), White House, Tenn, Sherri Gunther and Manhattan; and his siblings, Calvin Holladay, Ralph Holladay (Sherri), Betty Holladay, Freda Schmidt and Clara Ann Anderson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
