It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Mayfield (Roeland Park, Kansas), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Walter Mayfield, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Mayfield of Independence; and his siblings, Walter, Mark, John, Clifford, Kathy and Lisa. He is also survived by four nieces and four nephews and many cousins and friends.
