It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minerva J. Flaspohler (Roeland Park, Kansas), who passed away on August 7, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Minerva has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Aholt and Mary Aholt (Fuemmeler); and her husband Robert E. Flaspohler. She is survived by: her children, Don Flaspohler (Nancy), David Flaspohler, Ken Flaspohler (Kim) and Mary Flaspohler Pyle (Ed). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 8 (and growing) great grandchildren.
The family suggests donations to Children's Mercy Hospital.
