He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Fletcher and Velda M. Miller; his wife Frances Messenger Fletcher; and his sisters, Betty Fadel and Ruth Likely.
He is survived by: his children, Mick Fletcher (Denise) and Kathy Huddleston (Douglas) of Kansas City. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
