He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy and Gerald V. Mantooth Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Carpenter (Mantooth); his children, Lindsay Dawn and Matthew Drake Mantooth; his granddaughters, Miranda Grace and Marissa Lynne; and his sister Cheryl Towner (Larry).
