He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rose and Geneva Rose (Turner). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Prichard; his children, Francis Rose, Christopher Rose (Sandy), Daniel Rose (Misty), Sarah Boothe (Jeremy), Anna Rose and Michael Rose (Gabriela); his grandchildren, Kevin, Chandy, Stephen, Shanteil, Alexander, Nicholas, Hunter and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Harley and Atreus; and his brother Billy Bob Rose.
Memorial contributions for Tom may be made to the Ehlers-Danlos Society (EDS), donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
