Stuart Foy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2021, at the age of 79, Stuart Foy of Rock, Kansas, born in Wellington, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Webb and Joyce Kelley; and his sisters, Sondra Weckner and Linda Boyer. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bert Robb; his wife Carol Foy; his children, Kelly Williamson (Tony) of Augusta, Misty Tehel (Bill) of Olathe, Darrin Foy of Wichita, Ted Foy of Wichita, Debbie Zimmerman (Bruce) of Arkansas City, Chuck Smith (Debbie) of Udall and Bryan Smith (Karen) of Udall; his sister Hazel Robb; and his stepbrother Jim Webb (Margaret). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the VFW of Arkansas City and Kindred Hospice, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
