He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Crissman and Ruth Crissman; and his sister Patricia Glass. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Crissman; his son David Crissman (Susan Yoder); his grandson Nolan Crissman; and his brother Thomas Crissman.

A memorial has been established with the American Heart Association, 1861 N. Rock Rd. #380, Wichita, KS 67206.
