She is survived by: her son Neil Cagle (Annette) of Moss Beach, CA; her siblings, Gary Adams (Connie) of Carthage, MO, Shirley McDonald of Kansas City, KS, Barbara Flynn of Joplin, MO, Kay Pugh (Cleo) of Diamond, MO and Joy Tash (Darrell) of Galena, KS; and her grandchildren, Marissa and Jason Cagle.
