He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Ishmal and Katheryn Elizabeth Felts (Gill); his son Thomas Felts, Jr. (Tommy); and his siblings, Mae Sutton (Felts), Jack, Wayne, Arthur Felts and Raymond Nance.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Rausch; his children, Barbara Morrow (Bob), Kerry Felts, Jimmy Felts (Linda), John Felts, Rick Rausch (Kristy) and Cherri Chancellor (Mark); his siblings, Naomi Harding-Callahan, Alice Cram (Bruce), June Thomazin (Larry) and Vic Nance (Penny); and his sister-in-law Sue Felts. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren; several Great Grandchildren.
