With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George William Gipson of Riverton, Kansas, who passed away on November 5, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Gipson and Dorothy Gipson (Hendry); and his son James "Jimmy" Gipson (Lori) of Riverton Kansas. He is survived by: his wife Ila Mae McCandless; his children, Tani Montee (Gipson) of Riverton Kansas and Kevin Gipson (Westy) of Norman, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Emily Beets (Paul) of Riverton, Jenna Underhill (Tyler) of Baxter Springs, Jacob Montee of Riverton, Katie Gipson of Riverton, Zak Gipson of Norman, Taylor Gipson of Norman, Madisyn Gipson of Riverton and Matthew Gipson of Riverton, Kansas.; his great grandchildren, Sylas Beets, Kamden Underhill, Sadie Beets and Kolson Underhill; and his friends, Bruce Montee, Rhyan Pittman, Hunter McDowell, Ryan McElroy and Lane North.
