He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Wellman; his children, Jeff Rawlins and Stacy Crumbliss of Miami, OK; his brother Michael Rawlins; his grandchildren, Michael Shane Rawlins, Shelby Crumbliss, Kayli Rawlins and Ashton Crumbliss; and his niece Sandra Evans. He is also survived by other several nieces and nephews.
