He was predeceased by: his sister Tina Scott. He is survived by: his children, Roman Peña of Baxter Springs, Kansas, Madalynne Pennock and Alayna Pennock; the mother of his children Paula Pennock of Miami, Oklahoma; his mother JoAnn Pennock of Galena, Kansas; his sister Tracy Pennock of Galena; his grandchildren, Kate, Josh and Jack; his niece Amanda Williams (Nathan); and his great-nieces, Olivia and Kyleigh. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
