He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy, Sr. Sullivan and Charlene Sullivan; his sister Landra Sargent; and his brother-in-law Brent Patton. He is survived by: his wife Suzan Sullivan (Carver); his children, Robert "Bobby" Sullivan (Vicki) of Webb City, MO, Becky Talkington of Joplin, MO, Kathy Taylor (Eric) of Carthage, MO, Melinda Sullivan of Carthage, Callie Sullivan-Alexander of Riverton, KS and Courtney Parker (Shawn) of Joplin; and his siblings, Johnny Sullivan (Debbie) of Oronogo, MO and Joyce Patton of Reeds, MO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
