He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Moore and Gertrude Moore (Allen); and his siblings, Janiece Toms, Sandra Hartzfeld and Jack Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Anerdi; his sister Phyllis Lambert (Jim) of Uniontown; his daughters, Cathi Willett (James) of Baxter Springs and Christi Moore of Wichita; his grandsons, Jason Burkhart (Lauren) of Webb City, MO, Christopher Burkhart (Lisa) of Springfield, MO and Michael Padilla of Kansas City, MO.; his great grandchildren, Cora, Anna, Eli, Alex, Maya, Audrey and Ben Burkhart; and also Jason Burkart.
