She was predeceased by: her parents, Chancy On and Lena Fellers On (Liggett); and her sister Judy Mall. She is survived by: her husband Richard Otto Strauss; her son Dan Strauss (Illene) of Riley; her grandchildren, Allen Strauss (Rose), David Smith (Joy), Angela Smith and Jamie Christensen; and her great grandchildren, Hanna Strauss, Raelynn Strauss, Summer Strauss, Susan Tyrell and Makenna Smith.
A memorial has been established for Walsburg Lutheran Church.
