She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Specht and Lila Specht (Goodman). She is survived by: her son Brent Harper; her daughter-in-law Sandi Harper of Randolph; and her granddaughter Kolbi Jae Harper (Tristan Soukup) of Ellsworth.
Memorials may be made to the Randolph Community Church or Wellsprings of Westmoreland and left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
