He was predeceased by: his parents, James Steel and Mary Katherine Steel; and his wife Nancy Jo Sutton. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Steel Marshall (Frank) of Rowlett and Giggit Rena'Peterson of Branson, Missouri; his grandchildren, Nicole Myers, Brooke Myers and Franklin Marshall; and his great grandchild Leon Myers.
Memorials may be made to the Marvin Steel Memorial Fund to be designated by the family at a later date.
