Lorene Visser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorene Visser (Riley, Kansas), who passed away on October 12, 2019, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Lund and Ida Erickson Lund; her husband George Visser; her granddaughter Jennifer Webster; her siblings, Maxine McGuire (Marvin), Waldon Lund (Irene), Maurice Lund (Iva) and Leland Lund (Marion); and her parents-in-law, Margaret Lund, LeRoy, Evelyn Visser, Harold Visser, Kenneth, Rosemary Visser and Xen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Arletta Webster (Jim) of Stillwater, Gordon Visser (Sondra) of Manhattan, Vinton Visser of Riley and Adel Visser (Jim Otto) of Sacramento, California; her brother Elmo Lund of Hays; her grandchildren, Brad Webster (Tanya), Laura Anderson (Bob), Gary Visser (Terri), Daniel Visser, Rodney Visser (Sady), Melissa Hampton (Ryan), Lance Visser (Jessie), Justin Visser (Valerie), Brit Visser, Todd Visser, Austin Otto (Sarah) and Lindsay Otto; her great grandchildren, James, Joseph Webster, Levi, Garrett, Cassie Anderson, Michael Visser, Graham, Greyson Hampton, Jeremiah, Samuel, Eleanor Visser and Luke Otto; and her parents-in-law, Virgil, Marion Visser, Eugene, Lois Visser, Albion, Julie Visser and Irene Visser. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the Riley County 4-H Foundation and Johnson Cancer Research Center.
