It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvira Rigel (Riley, Kansas), born in Green, Kansas, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward and Altha May Yeager (Osbourn); her spouse Milo Rigel; and her stepmother Clara Yeager. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Burwell (Ritch) of Riley and Donna Francis (Sid) of Belleville; her sisters, Lois Tobyne, Lola Dugan and Bertha Morgison (Arnold); and her granddaughters, Angela Carrara, Michelle Ashburn and Amy Graves. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Meadowlark Hills-Riley House and left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
