He is survived by: his former spouse Dori Alstatt; his wife Wanda Haynie; his son Todd Allen; his grandsons, Nicholas Allen and Lucas Allen of St. George; his sisters, Cynthia Jordan (Ernie) and Annette Bullard (Ray); his brother-in-law Dan Woodworth; his aunt Darlene Allen; and his former wife Dori Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
