He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Edgar and Ruth E. Copeland (Root); his wife Linda Copeland; his children, Terri Bush (Marvin) of Allen, KS, Ginger Grisson (Dave) of Austin, TX, Tammy Sharp (Tim) of Riley, Janice Norris (Kirk) of Riley and Jay Copeland (Vonda) of Riley; his grandchildren, Megan DiNova (Tyler), Rick Bush, Becky Chase (Kody), Bill Sharp (Rebekah), Jayson Sharp, Kirstyn Norris-Alarcon (Jorge), Kyndall Neal (Derek), Betsy Copeland (Jory Harms) and Charlie Copeland; his sisters, Grace Parker and Charlee Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Hosea Harkness and Sharon Wacker. He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
