He is survived by: his wife Angela Arlene Schurle; his children, Dan Murphy (Diane) and Becki Bohnenblust; his grandchildren, Krista Moore (Branden), Kascha Johnson (Anthony), Anna Murphy (Ian Thackray) and Zach Bohnenblust; and his great grandchild Taelyn Johnson.
