He was predeceased by: his mother Lois E. Blackburn (Shaffer); his wife Claire Blackburn; his father Ernest Blackburn; and his granddaughter Cassondra Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Blackburn of Wichita, Arthur E.'Bud'Blackburn of Richmond, Sharon Blackburn (Robert Garrett) of Garnett and Ricky D. Blackburn of New Mexico; and his grandchildren, Kristen M. Sanders (Justin) of Overbrook, Jessica Wyatt (Tylor) of Colorado Springs, Zane Blackburn of Wichita, Brittney Stanturf of Iola and Kaitlyn Blackburn of Wichita. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
