With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Dahl of Rexford, Kansas, born in Goodland, Kansas, who passed away on December 16, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay R. Dahl and Donna Vette Dahl; his former wife Nancy Walker of Rexford; his grandparents, Henry, Edith Vette, Jake and Marie Dahl; his sisters, Linda Dahl and Vicki Barnett; his brothers-in-law, Gary Barnett and John Cheney; and his stepson Bryan Barnett.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra Wark Barnett; his children, Tina Anderson (Jon), Timothy Dahl and Linda Dunn (Bob); his stepchildren, Todd Barnett (Mandy) of Azel, TX, Scott Barnett (Vicki), Cory Barnett (Tessy) and Shalom Schuldt (Jason) of Pretty Prairie, KS; and his stepdaughter-in-law Carmen Barnett. He is also survived by 23 step-grandchildren, 10 step-great-grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the College Drive Assembly of God or the Operation Finally Home.
