He is survived by: his wife Jana Chase of Republic; his children, Stephanie Simmons, Skip Chase (Katy) of Topeka, Lucas Chase of Minneapolis and Michael Chase (Anita) of Topeka; his brothers, Field (Carol) of Salina and Kent Chase (Cathy) of Republic; his grandchildren, Caden, Addison Emmot, Hayven McMillan, Chloe Davis, Dallas Chase, Austin (Sami Chase), Joshua Chase and Graham Chase; his great grandchild Pearl Chase; and his siblings-in-law, Vic Burge (PJ) of Lemoyne, NE. and Pat Rodie (Randy) of Jamestown. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.
