He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill and Kaye Hadachek; his uncles, John Hadachek and Frank Notter; his stepmother Pixie Notter; and his stepgrandfather Del Wilton.

He is survived by: his parents, Jack Jay Notter of Belleville, KS and Tracy Appleby (Hadachek) of Scandia, KS; his siblings, Branden Notter of Anchorage, Alaska, Jessi Dahl (Kevin) of Belleville, KS, Shayna Evert (Andy) of Republic, KS and Kayleen Collins (Casey) of Concordia, KS; his stepsiblings, Robert Campbell and Teresa Campbell of Anchorage, Alaska; and his uncle Jody Hadachek of Mankato, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
