She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Young and Jesse Young (Zook); her daughter Elaine Petty; her grandson Barton Charles Gunn; and her siblings, Aileen, Jake, Norm and Byron.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Elaine, Patricia Barnett of Belleville and John Gunn (Kristin); her grandchildren, Jessica Barnett, Alex Gunn, Colorado Springs, Laura Gunn, Denver Witt and Eleanor Witt (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Gregory Witt, Natalie Witt, Adele Gunn and Clara Gunn.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials be made to the Republic or Belleville Libraries.
