It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Edward Mastel of Rantoul, Kansas, born in Edgeley, North Dakota, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mastel and Magdelena Mastel (Gefre); his former wife Diane Larson; and his son Ben Mastel. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Price; and his children, Isaac Mastel (Erin) of Ohio, Megan Mastel of Edgerton, KS, Betsy Mastel (Thaddeus) of Ottawa, Amanda Wadkins (Justin) of Ottawa, Andrew Nitcher (Jill) of Pomona and Zachary Zentz of Rantoul. He is also survived by three brothers, three sisters, thirteen grandchildren, one great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
