He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Williams; and his grandmother Velma Diehl. He is survived by: his mother Janice R Williams (Arturo Galvez); his son Ray John "RJ" Williams of Des Moines, IA.; his siblings, Jeff Williams (Desiree Williams) of Phoenix, AZ and Teri Williams of Springfield, MO; and his pets, Ebby and Zeek. He is also survived by niece, nephew, Aunts, Uncles and many beloved friends.
