He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Burnett and Betty Burnett (Fuqua). He is survived by: his former wife Mary Hewitt; his children, Dustin Burnett of Council Grove, Alison Mantz (Adam) of Council Grove and Brandi Burnett; his siblings, Pam Gentry of Mableton, GA, Alice Crowley of Emporia and Phil Burnett of Wilsey; and his grandchildren, Aleah Olson, Owen Mantz, Kinsley Burnett, Aiden and Jaxton Dye.
Memorial contributions may be made to Randy Burnett Memorial Fund, which will help with funeral expenses.
