He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Behrends and Velda Behrends of Randall, Kansas.; and his wife Joanne Abram. He is survived by: his children, Jana Black (Donny) of Kansas City, Missouri, Joey Behrends (Stacy) of Beloit and Janelle Budke (Raymond) of Beloit; his grandchildren, Austin Budke (Bailey), Brady Budke, Remi Clark (Ty), Colin Budke, Carly Budke, Konnor Penning, Reid Behrends and Enyli Alvarado; his great grandchildren, Asa, Albie Budke and Truette Clark; and his sister Cheryl Overman.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts Family Funeral Home (910 N Campbell Ave, Beloit, KS 67420). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church (321 N Mill St, Beloit, KS 67420). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Randall Cemetery.
