He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Proctor (Finney); his daughters, Rachel Proctor of Joplin and Farrah Garrison (Andy) of Mesa, Arizona; his grandsons, Braden Proctor of Springfield and Dylan Poore of Neosho; his stepdaughter Amy Jo Accardi (Anthony) of Boston, Massachusetts; his stepsister Regina Franke of Novelty, Missouri; his stepmother Nora Proctor of Joplin; and his friend Beloit.
