He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Zimmerman and Mary Zimmerman (Wildeman); his wife Cecelia Engel; his daughter Kathleen Jacoby; and his siblings, Leo, Pete, Genevieve Stefan and Alberta Walt.
He is survived by: his children, Rita Hargitt (Randall) of Quinter, Helen Mary Varner of Wichita, Patty Postoak (Lory) of Wichita, Danny Zimmerman (Carol) of Maryville and Terry Zimmerman (Mary) of Cypress, Texas.; and his siblings, Pauline Younker of Munjor, Angie Hausheer of Bentonville, Ralph of Oakley and J. D. Zimmerman of Oakley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the St. Agnes Catholic Church, Grainfield.
