He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Kaiser and Flizita Kaiser (Engel). He is survived by: his wife Diana Roth of Joseph's Catholic Church; and his children, Brian Kaiser (Brenda), Karen May (Dean), Julie Parks (Robert), Lora Billow (Robert) and Darrell Kaiser (Frina). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
