He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Hohlbauch; his children, Stephen Blake, Amy Lyn Hull of Kansas City, Missouri and Blake Strother of Gardner, Kansas; his sister Jane Casteel of Quenemo, Kansas; his grandchildren, Alexis Nicole Strother of Gardner, Kansas and Lucas Alexander Strother of Gardner, Kansas; and his niece Heather Herllein of River View, Florida..
