He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Sweetwood and Kathleen Sweetwood (Knight); his sister Carol Cornett; and his grandson Skylar Sweetwood. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Woodward; his children, Scott Sweetwood of Ottawa and Melissa Smith of Quenemo; his sisters, Madeline Carson (Don) of Quenemo and Pearl Callahan (Leon) of LaCygne; his brother-in-law Raymond Cornett of Garnett; his grandchildren, Tannar, Caden, Autumn and Koda; and his great grandchild Skylar.
