It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Lee Maki of Protection, Kansas, born in Great Falls, Montana, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Richard and Edna Marie Maki (Croff); his son Rosco Henry; and his sister Ruth Elaine. He is survived by: his wife Carol Janice "Jan" Maki of Protection, KS; his daughters, Jennifer Watson (Jim) of Chicago, IL, Rachel Monstad (Lance) of Missoula, MT and Erin Valdivia (Kelly) of Las Vegas, NV; and his siblings, Randolf "Randy", Raymond Ross, Rebecca and Richard Henry. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
