He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis R. Kissel and Dorothy Kissel (Roth); his wife Linda Kissel (Spangler); his brother Warren Kissel; and his granddaughter Makena Baalman.
He is survived by: his children, Kirk Kissel (Gayla), Tina Dickey (Joe), Amy Miller (Brad) and Dayla Baalman (Dave); his grandchildren, Megan McCuiston (Stephen), Kaycee Nelson (Max), Jessica Harris (Taylon), Jalen Dickey (Lindsey), Logan Dickey, Gracyn Rack (Jared), Jenna Miller, Lauryn Miller, Tori Miller, Kaden Baalman and Rylan Baalman; and his siblings, Marlin Kissel (Agnes), Reuben Kissel (Joyce), John Kissel (Carolyn), David Kissel (Barbara), Richard Kissel (Maritta), Wilma Heilman, June Neyhouse, Ruth France and Mary Farney. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
