She is survived by : her former life partner Allen Ray Little; her daughter Raylene Howard (Danny Huck) of Protection; her granddaughter Amber Vieux; her great grandchild Lennox of Bartlesville; her granddaughter Heather Howard; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Jaxon and Liam Embry of Protection; her siblings, Helen Smith of Burlington Kentucky, John Broadus (Joan) of Madison and Susan Hichew of Lyons; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Broadus of Upton, Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
