She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Christopher and Jordan; and her spouse Gene Ewy. She is survived by: her children, Christi McMillen (Stan) of Dodge City, KS and Tim Ewy (Kathy) of Protection, KS; and her grandchildren, John McMillen (Annette), Sam McMillen, Carrie McMillen, April Ewy, Janell Crissup (Jesse), Chris Ewy (Olivia Chao) and Danny Abramczak. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Pioneer Lodge or St. Jude's Children's Hospital in care of Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home, P.O. Box 417, Coldwater, KS 67029.
